Specmation started from a simple frustration: the gap between what we intend a system to do and what actually gets built. Intent lives in docs and diagrams; the real behavior hides in code, configs, and glue that only a few people fully understand.

We think the specification should be the build. When you describe an AI system visually — its data, its logic, its guardrails — that description should compile into something real, testable, and portable. No translation loss. No lock-in.
